SHIPPING POLICY

Once our first run has landed, orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

PRE-ORDERS

The In-Between Bag, The Off-Cut Scrunchie and The School-Run Cap are currently available to pre-order, and our first run ships the week of 30 November. Delivery timeframes below apply from the day your order is dispatched. Changed your mind before it ships? Email info@tinok.com.au and we’ll refund you in full.

AUSTRALIA

Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more, and $10 AUD on orders under $50. It takes 3–7 business days for most of Australia via Australia Post. Please allow up to 9 business days for regional and remote areas (WA, NT, TAS).

Express shipping is available at checkout for $15 AUD and takes 1–4 business days.

NEW ZEALAND

Standard international shipping to New Zealand is $27.50 AUD and takes 6–10 business days via Australia Post International.

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

TRACKING

All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel at australiapost.com.au.
