Australian orders are sent via Australia Post.
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days for most of Australia. Please allow up to 9 business days for regional and remote areas (WA, NT, TAS).
Express delivery (available at checkout for $15) takes 1–4 business days.
Yes — standard international shipping to New Zealand is $27.50 AUD. Delivery takes 6–10 business days. Please note that any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
The In-Between Bag, The Off-Cut Scrunchie and The School-Run Cap are on pre-order, and our first run ships the week of 30 November. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way, and if anything changes with timing we’ll let you know straight away.
Once the first run has landed, orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Yes. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched, and can be used at australiapost.com.au.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes. We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Email info@tinok.com.au with your order number to get started.
Return postage for change of mind is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.
For items that arrive damaged or faulty, we'll cover return costs — just email us and we'll sort it out.
Yes — we're happy to arrange a colour exchange. Same conditions apply: unused, original packaging, within 14 days. Subject to availability. Email us at info@tinok.com.au.

The In-Between Bag
Your In-Between Bag arrives with straps detached inside a branded mailer, with a printed QR code linking to our how-to video — a little explainer to mark the start of the in-between.
Orders placed at launch also include a complimentary embroidered TINOK keyring — a little something from us, while stocks last.
The In-Between Bag is designed for supervised transitions, with duration of use naturally limited by its single-shoulder design. Always ensure your baby's airway is clear and visible and that their head is supported during use. Read the full safety and care instructions included with your order before use.

The In-Between Bag is a different kind of carrier — not a structured carrier, wrap, or sling. The baby's weight sits on the shoulder strap rather than distributed across your body, which naturally limits how long it's used for. It's built for the transitions in-between – car to house, errand to errand – and sits alongside everything else in your kit, for the moments nothing else was made for.
The In-Between Bag is designed for newborns through to a maximum weight of 8kg (approximately 6-9 months).
Yes. Open the fasteners, remove the straps, and it lays flat — useful as a soft surface for tummy time or a light layer.
The bag itself weighs 440g, including the straps and shoulder pad.
The In-Between Bag is made with a nylon outer, organic cotton inner, and wool-blend filling (80% wool, 20% PLA). Spot clean with warm water and a mild detergent — do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry, or iron. For a deeper clean, dry clean only. Do not soak.
